Dr. Brad Tack was born and raised in Butler, Pennsylvania. He attended a 4 academic year program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received his B.A. degree. Then he underwent a 5 academic year program at Logan College of Chiropractic where he graduated in the top 25% of his class with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
He married his wife, Dr. Lisa Tack, in 1997, and they have two wonderful children, Travis and McKenzie.
He began practice in 1996 at Calvert City Chiropractic. His wife, Dr. Lisa Tack, left her Mayfield, Kentucky, practice in 2001 to join the staff at Calvert City Chiropractic.
They currently live in Benton, Kentucky, and enjoy the local western Kentucky community.
